Who We Are

At DBH, the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP – ASAM Level 2.1) and High-Intensity Outpatient Program (HIOP – ASAM Level 2.5) are designed to provide structured, evidence-based, and medically necessary treatment services for adults (ages 18 and older) experiencing moderate to severe mental health symptoms and/or substance use disorders that significantly impair daily functioning.

Destiny Behavioral Health

Program Structure and Intensity

DBH offers flexible outpatient programming aligned with ASAM Levels 2.1 (IOP) and 2.5 (HIOP), with treatment intensity individualized based on clinical need and medical necessity.

Services are provided:

  • 3–5 days per week
  • 2–5 hours per day
  • In a non-residential, outpatient setting
